Data Deletion Instructions

Send a request from the email address associated with your JoodCMS account to contact@joodlab.com with the subject “JoodCMS data deletion request.” You may request deletion of your user account, organization data where you have administrator authority, or data associated with a connected advertising platform.

An organization administrator can disconnect Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other integrations from the relevant JoodCMS workspace. Disconnecting revokes JoodCMS's future access and removes stored OAuth credentials according to the product workflow. You can also revoke JoodCMS directly from the connected platform's security or business settings.

We verify the requester's identity and authority before deletion. After verification, we delete or anonymize the requested JoodCMS data within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backups, or mandatory record retention. We confirm completion by email.

Deleting JoodCMS data does not delete campaigns, audiences, billing records, or account information held independently by Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or another provider. Manage or delete that data through the provider's own account controls or support process.
