Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Joodlab collects, uses, stores, and shares information when organizations and their authorized users access JoodCMS.

1. Scope and who we are

JoodCMS is a business software platform operated by Joodlab. This policy applies to JoodCMS websites, administration tools, APIs, support channels, and connected services. It does not replace the privacy notices of merchants or third-party platforms that you choose to connect.

2. Information we collect

We collect only information needed to operate, secure, and improve JoodCMS, including:

  • Account and profile information, such as name, business email, telephone number, organization, role, language, and authentication records.
  • Merchant and website information, including catalog, booking, order, customer, content, domain, and configuration data that authorized users provide or import.
  • Integration information, such as OAuth authorization grants, encrypted access and refresh tokens, provider account identifiers, selected ad accounts, pixels, catalogs, and connection status.
  • Advertising information, including campaign drafts, objectives, audiences, creatives, budgets, UTM settings, provider identifiers and responses, delivery status, errors, and reporting metrics.
  • Technical and security information, such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, audit events, diagnostic logs, and cookie or session identifiers.
  • Subscription, invoice, and local wallet-ledger records. A JoodCMS wallet entry records activity inside the service and does not represent external money movement unless a separate payment service expressly confirms it.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and support the services requested by you and your organization.
  • Connect to services you authorize and perform requested actions, including creating, publishing, synchronizing, pausing, and reporting on advertising campaigns.
  • Authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain reliable audit records.
  • Diagnose issues, measure service performance, and improve JoodCMS features and user experience.
  • Meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and respond to lawful requests.

4. OAuth and advertising-platform data

Each organization connects and controls its own Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or other provider account. JoodCMS does not ask for the password to those accounts. We use OAuth tokens and provider data only to show connection readiness, list accounts the user can access, carry out user-requested campaign actions, and display relevant reporting. Users may disconnect an integration at any time. We do not sell advertising-platform data.

JoodCMS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as needed in these circumstances:

  • To infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, communications, and support providers acting for us under appropriate obligations.
  • To an advertising, payment, booking, or other platform that an authorized user chooses to connect, limited to the action or synchronization requested.
  • When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Joodlab, the public, or the integrity of the service.
  • As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security records. Authorized administrators may delete records through available product controls or request account deletion. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to backups and mandatory retention periods. Disconnecting a provider stops future access but does not automatically delete records already created in JoodCMS or at that provider.

7. Security

We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, encryption for stored integration credentials, audit logging, and separation of organization data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users must also protect credentials, devices, and account permissions.

8. International processing

JoodCMS and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where required, we use contractual and operational safeguards intended to protect information during those transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of their personal information, and may object to certain processing. Organization administrators can manage many records, users, and connections directly. Requests can be sent to contact@joodlab.com; we may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, language, theme, and session continuity. If optional analytics or measurement technologies are enabled, we provide the notices or choices required by applicable law. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but essential service functions may then stop working.

11. Children

JoodCMS is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here, change the date above, and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
