JoodCMS legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to JoodCMS by organizations and their authorized users. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use JoodCMS.
2. Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and recovery methods, assign appropriate roles, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized. Your organization is responsible for actions taken through its accounts and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Merchant content and data
You retain ownership of content and business data submitted to JoodCMS. You grant Joodlab the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise handle that data to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality and for obtaining all notices, permissions, and consents required for customer, audience, creative, catalog, tracking, and communications data.
4. Third-party integrations
Connected services are operated by third parties and remain subject to their own terms, policies, account reviews, availability, and fees. You authorize JoodCMS to exchange data and perform the actions you request through a connection. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization and may disconnect it at any time. Joodlab is not responsible for changes or outages in a third-party service.
5. Advertising tools
- Campaign drafts remain in JoodCMS until an authorized user requests publication. JoodCMS marks a campaign as published only after the provider reports external success and returns an identifier.
- Campaign availability depends on provider credentials, account authorization, account selection, policy review, platform capability, and sufficient provider-side permissions.
- Advertising spend, taxes, and provider charges are billed under your agreement with the advertising platform. A JoodCMS wallet or top-up record is a local planning and ledger feature and does not move money to a provider unless a separate integrated payment flow expressly confirms it.
- You control campaign content, audience, budget, destination, and publication. Joodlab does not guarantee approval, reach, conversions, revenue, reporting completeness, or any other advertising result.
6. Acceptable use
You may use JoodCMS only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable provider policies. You must not:
- Upload, advertise, sell, or process unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful material.
- Bypass permissions, probe or disrupt security, introduce malicious code, or access another organization without authorization.
- Use the service for spam, credential abuse, fraudulent traffic, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to manipulate provider review systems.
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where expressly permitted by law or a written agreement.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms are those shown in an accepted order, subscription screen, or separate agreement. Third-party platform charges are separate. Except where law or the applicable agreement requires otherwise, paid amounts are non-refundable for periods already provided.
8. Intellectual property
Joodlab and its licensors own JoodCMS, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and improvements, excluding merchant content and third-party materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only to perform the agreement or as required by law. You remain responsible for configuring users, roles, integrations, and devices securely. Our handling of personal information is described in the JoodCMS Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension, termination, and data access
You may stop using JoodCMS or cancel according to your plan. We may suspend or restrict access to address security risks, non-payment, unlawful use, provider requirements, or a material breach, and will give notice when reasonably possible. After termination, access ends and data may be deleted according to our retention practices; export available data before the account closes. Terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
11. Service disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, JoodCMS is provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of every third-party response, or acceptance by any advertising, payment, booking, app-store, or other provider. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Joodlab's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for JoodCMS during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
13. Indemnity
Your organization will defend and indemnify Joodlab against third-party claims arising from merchant content, unlawful use, violation of third-party platform rules, or breach of your obligations, to the extent permitted by law. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and will not agree to a settlement that admits your fault without consent.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, provider, or legal changes. We will post the revised terms and update the date above, and will give additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
